Try using the free Wellness App
Everyone is invited to register to use The Wellness App. The Wellness App is web-based, free and usable on any device (computer, laptop, iPhone, iPad, or Android device). Consult with your healthcare provider to make sure any goals you set are safe for you to do.
Note: When using The Wellness App, set up your profile as “Student” to quickly link back to the Student Resource Section.
