Dr. David Gardner is a professor with the Department of Psychiatry, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia. He completed training in pharmacy, community health, and epidemiology at U of T, UBC, and Dalhousie University. David’s research covers the safe and effective use of psychotropic medications, pharmacoepidemiology, and program development and implementation in mental health and addictions services in primary care with a focus on pharmacists’ roles and services.
